Mr. Rubin graduated from Roseburg Senior High School in 1983 and then attended Umpqua Community College. He then transferred to the University of Oregon graduating in 1988. Mr. Rubin spent the next six years as an entrepreneur in the Pacific Northwest computer industry operating his own companies as well as working at times for Samsung Electronics and Tektronix. In 1995 Mr. Rubin left Oregon to attend Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he graduated in 1998. He then returned to Roseburg and began practicing law with a local firm in 1999. In June 2003 Mr. Rubin established his own firm where he continues to practice family law, real estate, litigation, business organizations, construction law, trust, and estate planning. Randy and his wife Jeri are avid off-road enthusiast who enjoy exploring remote trails in their Jeeps throughout the western United States.
Gillian E. Wickersham joined the firm in September 2019 and is a former Monterey County Prosecutor and a Veteran of the Iraq war. Ms. Wickersham is licensed in California, Maryland and Oregon and brings with her eight years of litigation experience. The primary focus of Ms. Wickersham's practice is family law, criminal law, and plaintiff's employment law. Ms. Wickersham is a former Russian linguist and loves hiking, camping and being outdoors.
